{the scoop on poop}
amazing how these little ones change your life in every way.
suddenly thoughts on what it means to be truly free in Christ are exchanged for, “I better go check them one more time to make sure they’re still breathing….” and what’s happening in our country and who’s burning what where takes on less significance than anxiously looking inside every diaper.
things you’d never talk about. you do!
and things you never do. you do!
yup. poop has become the new favorite word in the Hutch house this week.
we’ve talked about it. googled it. giggled over it. worried about it. sniffed for it. made songs up about it. and even prayed for it.
hey.. when you’re brand new to the world these things MATTER.
well, one thing we didn’t do was make up a dance for it when it happens.
needless to say – - – this mama’s doing that right now!!
of course baby girl’s not sure what all the commotion is about…
she knew she had it in her all along!!

Fabulous! I recently bought a little book at Barnes and Noble about that. You know. I wish I could type it in mini print. It’s REALLY interesting! Reese looks like a sweet girl! And, I LOVE her name!
Such a pretty baby Reese is.
Does that make Reese a party pooper? Might you be doing a poo-poo dance? 
I’m sure you’re thankful her poo is not what it will be in about 10 months. Although it does get EVERYWHERE at her age. lol OK, enough potty talk.

LOL. Baby poop seems to be my main topic lately. So funny to see an actual post about it. Unfortunately my 10 month old is having some bowl problems which is setting her poor little booty on fire. I think part of it has to do with the fact that she has 3 teeth coming in at once. Poor little booty.
Reese is SOOOOO cute! I wish I could hold her.

i agree with cara, God’s faithfulness is so beautiful. and this sounds soo different to hear you speak of such inTerEsTinG things since Em was born before I became a friend. but i LoVE it and i think we’re in for a fun ride. babies really are consuming and i always forget how much till i’m thrown in the middle of it again.
I worked as a CNA for many yrs. and we always called ourseleves the pooper scoopers. something you def. get good at…

so is this the reason that so many little kids 5 and under are always talking about poop? They’ve got sibling and mothers who do the same

Been on vacation, just now seeing your sweet bundle has arrived! God is good He is good all the time. Congratulations and happy for you on the poopies. I had one that was dehydrated, and what a emotional thing when they are still tiny like that. Praying all styas in great working order! : )

Yes, my dear. Being a Mother reduces us to the lowest level of base-ness, at times! But its all good.
